Too hot for chickens

The last two days have been very hot, hovering around 30C and 60% humidity. The chickens have been lounging around in the dirt and on the carport concrete (pooping all over it). Stormy is a dark chicken so he feels it worst. Poor chicken has been walking around panting and holding out his wings from his body. I let him and Penelope come in the house to get some heat respite, as it stays cooler in the house until about afternoon 2-3 ish.
