The view from the back lanai where we had our tea is gorgeous and overlooks one of their tea gardens. You can see the tea pavilion (to the left) and if you look closely, you can also see a beach below.
A beautiful bouquet of home grown hydrangea.
Our Tea setting.
Multicolour sugar cubes (not sure how they tasted as no one in our group took sugar in their tea).
We started with Pikake Oolong Tea and greens with balsamic vinagrette.
Cucumber and watercress sandwiches (presentation was nicer before I took the picture, we couldn't wait to sink our teeth in). The sandwiches were served with black tea.
Goat cheese on raisin bread sandwiches.
Prociutto wrapped melon.

Dessert platter ( presentation by OTC, desserts made elsewhere).
Top tier: Tartelets with lilikoi or raspberry cream filling.
Middle tier: Baklava and lilikoi tartelets.
Bottom tier: Azuki covered mochi strawberries, flavoured mochi and brownies.

Our strawberry birthday cake (as we were celebrating my husband's birthday).
